Me and my spouse stayed at Fénix Inspiration Design Hotel for 3 nights for holidays to discovering the city. Fénix Inspiration Design Hotel is found in an extremely central situation, it is clean along with the beds are quite comfy! There is just one detail I might recommend going forward and that is to offer much more hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. In general, I was more than happy with this choice and would certainly endorse it to everyone looking to visit Liberec 19.
